30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in the same new condition in which you received it, with its original packaging.

How to request a return

Email info@contractubex.us with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of your request. Please contact us before sending a product back. We will provide return instructions and confirm any applicable return shipping arrangements.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact info@contractubex.us and retain the product and packaging while we review the issue.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and contact you about the outcome and refund arrangements. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange the refund method directly with you.
